How to Install Photo Studio Pro V7 (Step-by-Step)
Steps A and B are one-time setup steps. After completing them, just double-click Run_PhotoStudioV7.bat every time to open the software.
Step A — Install Python
Open your browser (Chrome, Firefox, or Edge) and go to:
https://www.python.org/downloads/
You will see a large yellow button — click “Download Python 3.x.x”
Double-click the downloaded .exe file. The installer will open. At the very bottom of the first screen, you will see a checkbox:
☑️ “Add Python to PATH” — Check this box BEFORE clicking Install Now.
If you skip this checkbox, Photo Studio Pro will NOT open. You will see a “Python not found” error. If this happens — uninstall Python, reinstall it, and make sure to check the box.
Click “Install Now” and wait 2–3 minutes. When installation is complete, click “Close”. ✅
Step B — Install Required Libraries
Press Windows key + R on your keyboard → type cmd → press OK. A black window (Command Prompt) will open.
In the black Command Prompt window, copy and paste the command below exactly, then press Enter:
You will see text scrolling. Wait until you see “Successfully installed Pillow numpy”. Then close the black window. ✅
Step C — Launch the Software
Right-click on the downloaded ZIP file → select “Extract All…” → choose Desktop as the location → click “Extract”. A folder named PhotoStudioPro will appear on your Desktop.
Open the extracted folder. Double-click Run_PhotoStudioV7.bat. The first time you run it, it needs internet to check and install libraries automatically. After a few seconds, Photo Studio Pro V7 will open! 🎉
After the first setup, just double-click Run_PhotoStudioV7.bat every time to open the software. No need to repeat Python or library installation.
How to Get & Activate Your Licence Key ⭐
After your 5-day trial ends, you need a Licence Key to continue saving photos. Follow these 3 simple steps:
Open the software → click the 🔑 Licence button at the top of the window. A dialog box will open showing your unique Machine ID. Copy this ID exactly.
Send your Machine ID to the seller via WhatsApp, email, or wherever you purchased the software. The seller will generate a Licence Key matched specifically to your computer.
When you receive the Licence Key — open the software → click 🔑 Licence → paste the key in the “Enter Licence Key” field → click ✅ Activate. Done! ✅
Each Licence Key is tied to ONE computer (using your unique Machine ID). If you change or reinstall your computer, contact the seller with your new Machine ID to receive a new key.
How to Edit a Photo — Complete Workflow
Step 1 — Open a Photo
Click the 📁 Open Photo button in the toolbar (or press Ctrl+O). Select your photo file from your computer.
Supported formats: JPG, PNG, BMP, TIFF, WebP — all work fine.
Once loaded, the interface shows BEFORE (original) on the LEFT and AFTER (edited result) on the RIGHT.
Step 2 — Auto Face Crop
On the RIGHT panel, scroll to the CROP & ROTATE section → click 🤖 Auto Detect & Crop Face. The software automatically detects the face and crops to passport size. The result appears instantly in the AFTER panel.
Leave a small gap above the head so hair is fully visible. Leave a small gap below the chin. If auto crop fails — use Manual Crop: click ✂ Crop in the toolbar → drag a selection box on the photo → click “✂ Apply Crop”. Made a mistake? Press Ctrl+Z to undo.
Step 3 — One-Click Enhancements (Optional)

Background Remove & Color Change
Remove the Background
On the RIGHT panel, find the BACKGROUND REMOVE section → click 🪄 Remove Background.
The status bar at the bottom shows progress dots (●●●○○) — do NOT close the software. Wait for the ✅ Background removed! message.
If rembg is installed → AI Mode is used (highest quality, like remove.bg). If not installed → Advanced Algorithm is used (still very good quality). To install AI Mode: click 🤖 Install AI Mode (rembg) button → wait ~2 minutes → restart the software. AI Mode activates automatically.
Change Background Color

After choosing a color using any method above, you MUST click “🎨 Apply Color to Photo” button. The color does NOT change automatically — you must click Apply every time.

Troubleshooting — Common Problems & Solutions
- Reinstall Python from python.org
- Make sure to check ☑️ “Add Python to PATH” during install
- Restart your PC — then run the .bat file again
- Right-click on PhotoStudioProV7.py
- Click “Open with” → select Python
- This is normal for heavy operations (BG Remove, AI Enhance)
- Wait — the software is working in the background
- Status bar shows progress dots ●●●○○ — do not close the window
- Step 1: Choose color (preset / hex / pick)
- Step 2: Click “🎨 Apply Color to Photo” ← this step is required
- Color does NOT change automatically — Apply button is always needed
- Photo needs a clearly visible face with good lighting
- Use Manual Crop: click ✂ Crop → drag on photo → Apply Crop
- Copy your Machine ID again from 🔑 Licence dialog
- Send it to seller — get a fresh key for your machine
- When pasting key — make sure there are no extra spaces
- Increase Spacing to 20 or higher in STROKE/BORDER section
- Increase Gap to 6 or higher
